What is YourWallet and how can I use it?
YourWallet provides access to the virtual wallet assigned by your international wealth services provider. This version lets you record income and expenses, review your calculated balance and explore transactions by category. Your records help you keep your activity organized. Confirm the scope of your service directly with your provider.
How is access to my account protected?
Your password is stored as a hash and verified when you sign in. The app limits failed sign-in attempts, protects forms against forged requests and signs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Use a unique password, verify the official domain and HTTPS connection, and keep your credentials private.
Can I make payments or transfers from my wallet?
This version supports manually recording and reviewing transactions. Payments, transfers, deposits and bank connections are not integrated yet. Displayed amounts reflect app records and do not establish the existence of funds held in custody. Ask your provider which services are available to you.
How do I regain access if I forget my password?
Contact the person responsible for your installation or your provider’s official support channel to request assistance and verify your identity. Automatic password recovery is not available yet. Never share passwords or access codes in messages, and do not reinstall the app to recover an existing account.
Who can view my transactions and information?
The dashboard displays transactions belonging to the signed-in account and does not provide access to other users’ records. Authorized staff administering the server or database may have technical access to stored information. Review the privacy policy and ask your provider about responsibilities, data processing and correction requests.
